Detroit To Antophill (DTA) album is an upcoming collaboration album by Emiway Bantai and Lazarus which is yet to be released.
The announcement of the upcoming album was made in September 2022 by Lazarus in an Instagram Live. This was just 2 months after the first collaboration between Lazarus and Emiway Bantai in a music video titled LOBOTOMY.
Album name?
Detroit is the birth place of the rap culture in USA which produced the World's leading rapper EMINEM and the D12 hip hop group. Lazarus is a doctor and rapper from Detroit.
Antophill is the birth place of Emiway Bantai who is the biggest independent rapper in the World today which 21.2M subscribers on YouTube and over 4.5B audio streams independently.
The album brings a parallel between Detroit in USA and Antophill in India.
What makes DTA unique?
- DTA album is the first major international rap album by an Indian rapper featuring purely international rappers.

When is DTA set to release?
DTA was expected to be released in the 4th quarter of 2023 but it has been delayed.
Lazarus revealed in the podcast that all songs are ready and the music video shootings are scheduled for August 2024 and should be released in the 4th quarter of 2024.
Sources say that the main song of the DTA album is set to be released on 13th November 2024. This might be the biggest collab of the album or the intro of the album.

Lazarus has confirmed that we will see the collaboration with Royce da 5′9″, Denaun Porter and
Royce da 5′9″ is an American rapper from Detroit who was part of the rap duo Bad Meets Evil with Eminem. The song with Royce da 5'9'' is titled "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde". This has been confirmed.
Lazarus have also, revealed that we will see other rappers from the hip hop group D12. Videos have been shared by Lazarus discussing songs with Swifty McVay in Eminem's studio and in a restaurant with Tech N9ne potentially discussing about DTA album.
Sources at EMINEM's studio have revealed that we will see the much anticipated collaboration of EMINEM with an Indian rap artist in 2024.
This might be in DTA album as rumors are that D12 group is heavily invested in the album and Lazarus has been visiting EMINEM's studio multiple times in the last year. If true, this will be the first collaboration of EMINEM with an Indian rap artist.
